Important notice about relay registration:
one person can register themselves and the other members of the relay and pay the full fee or they can register on their own and send the other members of the team a link to register. In that case, each other member of the relay will have to register on their own and pay their part of the fee. The first person to register a team is captain, has access to the dashboard and can send the registration link to the rest.
